I've emailed Cajun bandit at least 10 times in the last few months & have not gotten a response. does anyone have an alternative contact?

No trouble here. Chris has been very prompt with his replies - including today. PM sent with the address I have, but it should be the same on the site.

I have no complaints. I could not be happier with my Cajun bandit smoker. for some reason though he was not receiving my emails. I used the contact link on his site & never had an email bounce back. just another one of the mysteries of cyber pace.
