Finally got a chance

Well i finally got a chance to build the illusive "self clean by happy cooker...not sure how many of this are still left..but this is the first one i see..and it was nib...@idahawk

There's a few " one of a kind " Happy Cookers out there and this joins the club . It puts gas and sides tables in a kettle and that hinged lid is unique only to that grill.

Not sure about the finish , I have the smaller 18 " gas kettle and it has a smooth porcelain finish inside .

This unit is brand new and 30+ years old , HC was certainly an innovator in the industry.

Aside from the matte finish...the texture feels almost like a rhino liner...

It also came with a bag of ceramic briquettes to go on the grate..so ot cooks more of radiant heat...o dont think much flame of any hits the food
