How do you guys setup you kettles for turkey
« on: November 11, 2016, 04:42:27 AM »
HI all quick question I will be cooking the turkey away from my home this year and I usually use my wsm at a 325-350 temp to smoke my birds. I can take my wsm or I can use the kettle where I am going, it's a 22in kettle and he has charcoal baskets too would I be better off with a snake method or maybe using a basket on each side of the bird for more even cooking? Any help is appreciated! Thanks
BILL

Mornin Bill. I'm doing one on a roti this year. Here's a recent thread about this topic.http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/meetups-events/turkey-throw-down-2016/
