So with the chicken soup I did some Scotch Eggs also. I Did the Eggs for 7min then 1 hour on the grill rotating every 15 min at a temp of about 300. I have made them before and always ended up hardboiled egg on the inside :(. This time  ;D! It must have been the redecorating I did at the Wisconsin home when I was the only one at the house. I'll leave it up to WKC to approve or disapprove of the food and décor. ;)

Scotch Egg!!!!

Bubblehead

Saving that recipe.  The Scotch egg looks perfect, how do you keep the yolk runny?

kettlebb

Approved on all counts! Egg looks awesome, as does the view and decor.

@Bubblehead boiling water drop eggs in easy for 7 minutes making sure to remove and place into a cold water bath. Coat with desired meat and grill offset for 1hr making sure to grill each side evenly in 15min  intervals. Only did about 2 dozen over the last year.  Finally got it right ;D

Maybe a stupid question but after the 7 minutes you peel the egg right? Then the egg gets wrapped in meat and on the grill.
