A Little Cook For My 50th.
« on: September 26, 2016, 07:25:35 AM »
I'd rather be with my one girl today but she is at school and works tonight so a day with the Webers it is boys. Got some friends stopping in and was up at 7 to get it going. I prepped the last couple days to streamline things. Charcoal was lit at 7.10 and meat was on at 7.45. On the menu today is pulled pork, beef ribs and wings.

I rubbed the butt pieces with some Weber KC rub and Bold Chipotle last night before going to bed. Here they are a couple hours in:

Beef ribs were given a thin coat of olive oil and rubbed with Dizzy Pig Cow Lick an hour before hitting my Lime. Here they are an hour or so in with cherry and Scotch barrel chunks giving smoke:

Got busy cooking and entertaining so these are provided by a guest. Food turned out great.

Happy Birthday, and I wish I lived closer... grub's gonna be good! Love that collection of kettles!
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

Thanks guys. I added some shots provided by a guest. I may get more...not sure who took what. Had about 15 guests.
