Few cooks- Yellow, Blue, and 2 Reds
« on: September 09, 2016, 03:02:57 PM »
First cook on my Yellow. Getting the fire going with few potatoes on it.  T-bone Steak with Weber KC rub. Bit of smoke using sweet Maple wood. Pulled off at 130f.

Rosemary-Lime/ Garlic and Dijon Wild Salmon Kabobs and chicken thighs on Blue MT.  I think I put too much charcoals. Maple wood again for smoke.

I rack of Ribs Hot and Fast 1.5 to less than 2 hrs on Red Acorn.  Temp. around 350 to 400f.

2nd rack of Ribs same way but marinated 24hrs with rubs, lime juice, and few other stuff I do not remember. Done on my 3 wheeler Red. Best Hot and Fast ribs to date. Nice and moist with great flavor.   Again with sweet maple wood for smoke.

Thanks for looking.

Thanks Travis.  This is best I could do with less than 3/4 chimney charcoal.  I could get it to glow hotter with more fuel but not willing to try that yet.

Start changing color

Fully warmed up.
