Santa Maria style tri tip

I made a trade last week with my Black SSP for a santa maria attachment. This thing is bitchen!! I want tri tip for dinner every night now. I'm sure that having a prime grade tri tip helped, that stuff went down like butter, I'm hoping to score more soon... THANKS Junior and Thanks

Awesome cook, Varekai. Its hard to beat a good Tri Tip.
