Really hard to tell by the pick. Not too clear, but maybe a mini 18". You cut the legs down to whatever height you want. I see a twist on ash pan. I don't know. It really doesn't look to be an 18" though.

This. Midget 18" was my first thought, but I think Travis is right. Not an 18".
