Nice set up!

How long does it take to grill the wings like this with charcoal indirect?

 Thanks,

Right at one hour they were cooked, then sauced each side for 10 minutes each. So a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes. I personally like my wings over done and very crispy, I think another 30min would have done that. I put two full lit chimneys and one small lit chimney in my 22 wsm charcoal ring and just sat it right in the middle. All of the heat seemed to be rushing straight out the top vent so closed it half way and left all bottom vents opened.

Awesome cook.  Did the wings towards the center cook noticeably faster ?  Did you have to rotate from inside to outside ?   Or pull certain spots earlier ?

No, I thought for sure center ones would need to be rotated with the ones on the outside but they were good. I never opened the lid until I sauced them. Just kept peeking in the top vent until they looked done. They all were cooked evenly I was surprised.

Thanks for the info.  Just today I was asked to smoke some wings for a relative's graduation party of 150 guests.   Can only do about 96 at a time in my vertical Smoke Hollow smoker.    This will make things much faster.

Thanks for the wing tips! I will try them that way on my 22 Weber. Enjoy the ranch!
