quick cook for the game.
« on: October 15, 2013, 09:16:34 PM »
So it’s footy tonight, be rude not to.

A quick raid on the cupboard found me some tomato’s and a block of an extra mature chedder, cool, that’s all I need.

Tom’s in a tray with balsamic, sugar, oregano, basil and onion powder.

The cheese was mixed with some onion and pepper then loaded onto garlic buttered baguettes.

Beers are cold, so away we go.

My sj was loaded with a full starter, I wanted a quick cook as the footy was starting in 2 hours.

Toms and first lot of garlic bread are looking pretty good so far.

Everything went ok, using more coals than I had been enabled me to finish 8 lots of garlic bread and the tom’s without topping up.

All done it time for kick off.

till next time.

I need a red head in my life, and a roti ring.

Budweiser...in England?!
it's a cheap beer thats drinkable when watching footy, maybe for doing a beer can chicken with, or maybe for making a batter, but thats about it (imo) pretty popular over here though.

on the other hand, we have some amazing micro breweries for when taste and refinement are required.
