Quick chicken cook

Had a ton to get done after work today but still needed dinner. Grabbed a chicken from trader joes, spatchcocked, and coated with trader joes coffee BBQ rub. Threw bird on with maverick and did some yard work.



Probably went a bit over board with the amount of fuel bit but the bird cooked quick while I did sown chores.

Nice crispy skin, cooked evenly and juicy.

Perfect autopilot cook for a busy week night.
