Boneless Short Rib

Cleaning up today I found a little ridged griddle (left by previous renter.)

Decided to season it and take it for a test run.

Has a handle and just the right size for placing over a charcoal holder. Nice!
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

It turned out well.

I'm not a fan of that pan and will be getting rid of it. Prefer to cook over the coals, or, on a smooth griddle/CI pan.  Too much grey and unseared surface area for my taste.

Was fun to clean and season a pan that has been kicking around for awhile.
