First Pies Of The Year

Every time I have gone to make Kettle Pizza this year the weather has not cooperated. Not today. Made the dough using 00 Italian flour topped with soppresatta salami, basil, roasted red peppers, olives, a mozzarella/provolone mix and olive oil to finish:

Looks absolutely fantastic!  Weather hasn't cooperated with my schedule lately either but I WILL fire it up over the long weekend at some point!
