Marinara meat sauce, spaghetti and garlic bread
« on: April 03, 2016, 06:11:49 PM »
This is a semi-normal cook for us on Sunday night except I cooked it on the Weber this time.... For charcoal I went with a bag of Kingsord Match Light that was thrown in on a grill deal. It was no longer match light and smelled terrible on start-up.
Let's start with some spicy sausages.

1/2 pound ground beef and reloaded with regular Kingsford.

At this point I was being told by the peanut gallery that dinner was taking too long so..... Skipped a bunch of steps I would usually do and just combined a bunch of stuff. Diced tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, 1/4 cup of cabernet wine, packet of spaghetti sauce seasoning,  a few Tbs of milk,  the beef and spicy Italian sausages, garlic and some other stuff....Oh, also threw in precisely 2 Jack Daniels wood chips. Gotta be careful with that kind of thing because if I make something too awesome my family won't like it lol

Almost there

Done. Pretty fun and tasty.  Thanks for looking.

This one just because I really enjoy the fade on this grill
