Putting the '92 3 - wheeler through its paces
« on: March 26, 2016, 03:25:08 PM »

A slab of ribs, some bacon wrapped Jalapenos (ABT's)
and smoking some japs for freezing.

I have a piece of sheet metal as a deflector, all coals banked -
here's a pic of the deflector, and some venison summer sausages.  160 at the sausages.

Sure as heck looks like you know what you're doing. Love me a crowded grill and sausages too.
"Why do you have so many bbq's?"....."I just like lookin' at em' sometimes....and I have enough purses and shoes"

Good looking cooks you got going on.

I see a lot of those grate thermometers i wouldn't mind having one that's somewhat reliable.  Where get them.

It's an oven thermometer. Just about any grocery store has them, or online.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch
