Salmon dinner for me and my little girls

I wanted to ask you, that wood is reusable? Does it affect the taste of the fish?

Yeah, those were large pieces but my girls only had 1/4 of a piece. I made more so I can take a piece to work for lunch.

@myron I reuse my planks as long they're not burnt to heck. Done it for years with no issues. I just wash off with soap and water then let air dry. Hasn't affected taste to me. I did have an Peterson smoker puck (alder) sitting off to the side in the 2nd pic to give the fish a nice smoke flavor.

Those look tasty.  That's how I do it, too.  I usually get 2-3 uses per plank.
