Had the house to my self last night...so steak it is with a Delicous IPA to wash it down.

In the raw

Heavy with the pepper, salt and EVOO

The performer is empty so as a back up I use this

Ready for a 2 zone fire

Ready to go

Plated

Forked

That's a 12 ounce beer in a 12 ounce glass to wash it down

Obviously the steak looks good, but the asparagus makes for a hell of a running mate.

Wow, that steak had some nice marbling to it! Everything looks great. Asparagus is hands down my favorite grilled veggie.
