Maiden run WSM

Yesterday I broke down and bought a 14" WSM, fast forward to today I assembled it and broke it in with a pork roast, country style ribs and a couple of pork chops! It leaked as expected but is now sealed real well as when I shut the vents it cooled off quick and fuel use was small, I love it! I used the knowledge I gained with my UDS and set vents accordingly as it came up to temp.

Glad you liked it Ron. I have one too, fella I got it from said he wasn't sure about cooking a lot of food on it. His mistake was my gain.
