PIE:

Not to be confused with a pizza...This is a no yeast butter dough. Flattend outīnīput in a shallow Pizza/pie pan. Filled with sauted shrooms/smoked porkloin/coctail maters.



Added a simple egg wash and topped with cheese.



Cooked indirect for about 40 min(rotated half way in)


Sliced


Cred for this one goes to Emilie(wife)


Served
