one touch gold lid bale ?

anyone ad a lid bale to a 22 one touch gold? just between the handles? or would a slide aside be a little more manageable ?

I ended up removing back handle and adding a lid bale assy. to the back of my Copper OTG and adding all MT hardwares.

how did you remove the handle without wrecking shop on the bowl?

how did you remove the handle without wrecking shop on the bowl?

I ended up using swamprb's idea to drill out the welds and removing the handle completely. I figured, I am drilling 3 holes for the lid bale assy. anyways, so 2 more is not going to hurt. 
Other method is to cut the handle close to the bowl and leaving the welded section on.
