So I took 6 sausages 2- sweet and 4 -hot. Put two bamboo skewers through them
And put them over a aluminum pan with 12 oz of corona beer in it
Sprinkled them with rib rub ( 2 parts pepper 1 part salt some
Onion power and some chili power)
Put it on the cool side of the grill ( in direct heat) and used some apple wood
Smoked for 2 hours at 300 and the took the sausage and browned them on direct
Heat for 4 mins each side . Fantastic flavor and juicy
