Yeah, I looked thru that website awhile back....

There was some disscussion somewhere ( Smoke Ring maybe? )  about it & the one thing we couldn't figure out was how the temp was actually regulated?

It says speed of pellet pooping, but there has to be a little more to it than just the motor cranking them in faster?

If there's some kind of temp probe hooked up to a pid controller or what, must be a secret, I guess.....

It's been discussed a couple times on BBQ-Brethren.

If it had some kind of feedback (PID) controller I think that would be touted in the description so I think it does not.

For the price I think you are not far from buying a purpose built pellet pooper if that is what you really want. (But I could be wrong - not too familiar with those products.)
kettles, smokers...
