Now THATS a butcher!
« on: September 30, 2015, 06:17:32 PM »
In addition to a vast selection of rubs, sauces, and smoke woods, I found these little nuggets today:

Pre prepared turds:

I had to do a double take on this one.  At first, I saw "lean".  Then I looked at the ingredients.  Genius....

Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn’t?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I’ve amassed a nice collection, but I’m missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

@1911Ron - Let me know when you are coming over and I'll go with.  You need to hit BBQ island as well.  @With a K turned me onto BBQ island - pretty amazing inventory of stuff for grilling, smoking, etc.  Bring your wallet...

I made a 50/50 mix with homemade bacon and home ground brisket flat...some awfully amazing burgers. $10/lb is a little steep, I'll stick to doing my own.

That place looks awesome. Tell him to open one in Houston. Lol
