Pork Chops
« on: August 05, 2015, 07:42:38 PM »

Rubbed and ready to go on!

Post direct sear...seared about 1 min per side

Moved to indirect and lid put on. Vents fully open

Pulled after 20 min of indirect with lid on

All in all, not bad...but if I did over again I would probably only go indirect for 12-15 min and pull. Girlfriend enjoyed them but they just weren't juicy enough for me.
SMOKE THIS!!

Looks great to me!
Things like pork chops and chicken is why I got an instant read thermometer, haven't over cooked a chicken breast since. I got the thermopop, well worth the 30 or 40 bucks.
