I really enjoyed the eCook last year, but this year I figured I'd just sit back and enjoy the great cooks.

Of course I've been a grillin, but haven't taken any pics till tonight.

So, 6, I'll send them in any way.

My wife wanted some chicken and tortillas. The Granite Performer handled the chicken, asparagus and peach.

The Manturion, on the kettle gasser, took on the tortillas.

A little guacamole, and we were good to go...

Dude, relax your chicken.

And with my mom's homemade kimchi.

Sporting my Yellow WKC shirt 8)

Allrighty - Here we go...

Tonight was burger night so I decided to do a slight variation to a previously successful experiment. So here we have Swiss Pineapple Teriyaki Burgers, Grilled Pineapple, and some Cast Iron Cheesy Fries!  8)

Don't forget the divot! 8)

Pineapple slices hit with maple sugar, brown sugar and some maple syrup:

Some thick cut bacon also for toppings:

Pineapple and Bacon on one kettle, burgers and sweet potato fries on the other:

Burgers Stage 1: Naked

Burgers Stage 2: Fill divot with Teriyaki Sauce

Burgers Stage 3: Place Grilled Pineapple Ring over the burger

Burgers Stage 4/5: Melt a big slice of Swiss cheese to seal up the little flavour explosion - then top with mandatory bacon.

And here's the last know photos of this entire meal - gonzo in about 5 min flat ;D Now I need a nap 8)

Another great day filled with amazing cooks!! Tomorrow I expect the cook will hit full stride ;)

G'nite all!

Okay, I put this 5.3 lb pork butt on my go-to butt cooker, and it's just shortly after midnight, July 3rd - 4th.

What is the classification for an "overnight"??  Breakfast, Lunch, Supper …. ??

And, I gotta say that the full moon is co-operating with us, too.   ??? :D ;) :) ;) ;)

Today was my first chance to get in some cooks in this week... 1st up was to (finally) break in the griddle. Breakfast on the redhead SS.

Bacon...

There are 3 eggs cooking sunny side up with fresh basil plucked from the garden underneath the Griswold lid (neglected to take pics of the eggs themselves... doh!)...

Plated...

Next up was a simple dinner of sliders, cheddar brats, and a couple of breasts on the blue 18 OTG.

'Murica...

Getting there...

...and, Done.

We've got a crazy-busy day tomorrow. Probably won't get any cooks in, but hope to get at least one more cook in on Sunday. Definitely enjoying seeing everyone else's cooks, and looking forward to more!

Triple bacon cheese hotdogs to start the weekend off.
I'm trying to use 5 grills in 4 days. We'll see how it goes.
