Brats, Chicken and A-Bombs
« on: June 18, 2015, 06:36:53 AM »
No detailed shots of the prep on this one but the grub came out great!

Little Pecan Smoke and a MGD to get things rolling:

Here's the spread - all items sharing equal heat:

I've been borderline addicted to chicken thighs of late. Loads of flavor and so easy!

Plated up with some good old Johnsonville Honey Garlic's:

I picked up this Sriracha at Trader Joes and was quite impressed! Good heat and flavour...

Thanks for looking!

You go to Pirate Joe's up there in Canada or import the TJ stuff yourself?

Chicken looks yum.

I'm only about 45min from the real deal so we go to TJ. I have yet to check out Pirate Joes but many people seem to use it... How did you hear about it? :)

I got some friends in BC that shop there.  Sounds like the guy has found a market, so good for him!

That's a right good cookup there man !!!

Looked back several times & this AM realized I've never happened upon this:

Plated up with some good old Johnsonville Honey Garlic's:

I get J'Ville's of all different kinds, all the time, for years & the cheese infused ones I like the best.....

But why this honey / garlic one caught my eye is that's the two items that really go together in Drip Beans.......wouldn't think they could work together so well, but they do !!!
"If you want it fancy there is BBQ spray paint at home depot for that. "
    Covered, damper-controlled cooking.....IF YOU PLEASE !!!
