Thanks Ken, if you ever have an old grate that is burned out on one side it's a perfect way to recycle it. I never cook without it anymore. You can actually do two racks of ribs flat as well, which makes it all worth it.

You're:
 
A) using the underside of the rack?

& B) bending the handles around so they form the front legs ?

&C) using another handle, or a piece of strip metal, for the back leg (bolted on)?


Good idea for ribs as this is kinda pushin' it ~~~>

It is, I also had a really nice fold out SS one I used for years on my wsm and kettle, but I like the original look the half grill has.
