I'd say that's an early 80's base model, the deluxe had igniter and tank scale

Yes, this was picked up by the Midnight Rider on his run through the Midwest. He brought back this gasser for me, NOS steer head, and a van packed full of goodies.  A very successful trip for the ATL.
