I plan on being there all day Friday and Saturday..even though it's my wife's birthday on Friday!


UncleJJ will be cooking deserts and I will try to prepare a manitory swordfish entry.   I'm thinking of either a smoked fish dip with grilled tortilla chips or fish and grits turn in. I think all the other teams will be preparing a swordfish steak so I want something different.
