What do I do with left over corned beef?
« on: March 16, 2015, 04:30:42 PM »
This wasn't done on the grill but the corned beef was. I have another post on that. Since I have a lot of left over cb, Creamed chipped corned beef sounded good on sourdough with an egg. And it was, delicious that is.

And on a pancake

Think of it as the sausage gravy you'd have with biscuits and gravy. Instead of the sausage it's corned beef. There's no heavy cream in the gravy. Just butter, flour and milk. Maybe you've heard of it called "shit on a shingle".  8)
