Pick up this stainless steel vortex and decided to cook some wings turned out great, put sweet baby rays sweet chili wing sauce on them forgot to take pictures after I sauced.



Wings just on, put cherry chunk on top



Finished

But, I only count 13 wings … Load 'er up next time.  Get a good feed going.  ;) ;)  YMMV

Only used my Vortex once. It heats up like a volcano. I need to cook more wings also. Looks really good.

About 35-40 min. temp was about 450

Heck, I have not seen the Vortex before, but it looks pretty awesome!
