Howdy. Looking for three handles for my new charcoal Go-Anywhere. This is going to be a "go to the beach grill", what kind of wood species do you recommend-- because I'll take it (if available)

Something cool about the Osage orange wood... when I first got them, they were a much lighter, yellowish color. My blue grill was under cover for a couple of months, and in that time, the wood darkened to the brown that you see above.  @zavod44, I mentioned this to you at the meet up.
