@ Mr.CPHo - Tiger wood is what is called due to the pattern. Different from Zebra wood against the grain, but not really sure what type of wood used.

Zav is the man. PM him for anything you want.

@greenweb. Your performer is looking awesome! I really like how you've formed the handle strap and put a 2 rivet handle with it. I like the classic 2 rivets the best. Cedar?

Thank you sir! I am very pleased with how this performer project is turning out. Double rivet high fig. cedar looks awesome in real life. Great contrast to this C&B lime.

I need more handles like I need a hole in my head but hey....I'm a nutbar for these Kettles so wtf.

Gentleman, for your viewing pleasure........surface Koa Wood....

Z. says the wood gets the lines near the surface. There are the typical iridescent reddish bits too...only less.

Beauty!  I am glad you got both handles. As you know,  I was after this particular handle....but wasn't meant to be.  No regrets as I got so many great Zav handles already.  Looks amazing on blue.

Yes but what you ask is not possible. A Homer yes but not a Yellow as they were only available during the era of double rivet handles.
