Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn’t?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I’ve amassed a nice collection, but I’m missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

Question, how do you keep his wooden vent tab handles on? I bought one for mine but it doesn't stay on, it's just loose.

You can always feel free to ask me direct.  The issue is, wood is a natural thing and it swells and shrinks differently between the kinds of wood.  Does it come off or is it just loose?

It just comes off, doesn't stay on. I'm not sure if part of the inside broke off or not. I can take a pic later.

I'm obviously not Brian, but does it fit snug? If so, I would probably just put a little superglue on the metal vent tab, slip it on and see if it holds. If not, there's all kinds of high heat adhesives out there on Amazon etc... You could probably just wrap your vent tab with a little aluminum foil or foil tape to shore it up. Just throwing out some ideas.

I think sometimes the issue is with the vent tab.  I have that issue with my copper performer. I've tried 3 tabs and they're all loose, but they are fine on my other grills.

It's not snug at all. The aluminum foil is a good idea. My vent tab originally came with a plastic handle. I'm also not ruling out that something broke off the inside when I first tried putting it on.

Side question @zavod44 . Did you come out with the wood roller for the newer style lid bale? I remember you said you were working on it.

No, neither is mine on the copper performer, but they fit fine on my blue & copper OTG's.

Could always put a little JB weld on the slot and then squish it on....
