18.5" kettle to SJP conversion - who's done it?

Please pardon me - I may be a bit dense but I don't understand converting an 18.5" kettle to an SJ.  Do you mean reducing the 18's diameter to 14.5 inches - sounds silly to me - Or do you mean adding a "tamale pot" and making a maxi-mini WSM?  I keep meaning to put a stacker on my JJ - that should work 8)

Here's one I've got. I didn't do the mod, Duke made this one. It had "The Traveler" style legs here.







Here's one I made incorporating the Gummi" mod.

Cool! Thanks for the pics and links. They shook the cobwebs off my brain!

The only mod I had done to an SJP was adding a One-Touch system.
