That looks like a great cookup. Love the roti rigup you have done....the grate with the center pieces cut out looks very handy too. I plan to do a kettle like that up as payback to my brother-in-law....he'd love a roti kettle.

I like your style. Tri Tip, Ham and Hotdogs, nothing bad about that. Next time throw a can of Spam on there also (Not Kidding) it's fantastic smoked.
