**Leaping Frog Chicken on the G Spot**

Inaugural cook on the refurbished 18" "G". I chose to grill a 5lb whole chicken cut "Leaping Frog" style.





Seasoned with Johnny's and "Dillo Dust", setup for an indirect cook, KBB and Oak/Pecan Mojobrick Qubes for smoke.
