My First Cook On My Yellow Kettle
« on: October 27, 2014, 08:30:19 PM »
After doing some honey do's around the house this Sunday. It's time to have some fun. Scored this kettle back in May.It took me 5 months before I had time on reattaching the socket and the vent. Wished I did it earlier these were very easy fixes.

I had 2 cornish game hens one marinated in Radich Bordolay complements of @1buckie  and @mirkwood the other one is a pomegranate marinate.
The second batch of cook was tilapia and some turds. I thought the turds would taste like fish. To my surprise they did not. That is the magic of yellow.

That one's nice....a Bumble Bee (like Max's, I think it was) great food on a special kettle.......just keeps getting better, eh?

Thank you for the nice comments. I can't believe how the hens came out moist and tasty.
The fish and turds all tasted great. It has to be the yellow that made my cook tasted great.
