Griddle Me This
« on: October 15, 2014, 04:27:19 PM »

First off, a BIG THANK YOU to @Uncle JJ for letting me work out a deal on his rare surprise

He did an amazing job of packing it for its short trip across contry, considering where it originated from    8)

Cleanup was a breeze. Porcelain Coated Enamel - shiny and smooth like a baby's like the inside of a Genesis hood...

Yup, shiny and smooth...

And the "training wheels" we'll be using for the first cooks...

Dude, relax your chicken.

OK, the training wheels are on, let's take it for a little spin.

First, a little pizza using the new Weber stone on the Granite Performer to set the mood...

Let's fire this baby up...

It is definitely NOT non-stick, but we'll learn...

Love me some sausage and peppers with onions...

Dude, relax your chicken.

yeah yeah yeah

that's all well and good

BUT

"where's the Bacon" you ask?

BOOM

I mean, BACON...

It went well, no sticking.

A few more times with the training wheels, and then we'll see     8)

Thanks for letting me share!

I saw this first and thought that's a nice griddle but it makes a mean bacon cooking machine, I think we need something like that for our church breakfasts could knock out the bacon cooking in no time compared to the electric griddles we use

Cool griddle! You definitely could do a lot of cooking fast on that thing.

I could smell the bacon clear up in Placerville!

That griddle is killer.
