Golly, would you seriously part with one if I were to pay to get it sent across the pond? If you were to guess a price for shipping what would the range be. I have always wanted a gas kettle ever since I knew of their existence

I picked this up for free last summer.  Did a full resto and flipped it.

Nice Cookiebaggs!

Do you use a wheel on the casting on the firebox and hood sides? Just noticing the markings.

If so, what kind?

Thanks

Here is my blue Genesis gasser with heavy duty stainless grades my dealer thru in for me.  Had to get a blue one to match my blue kettles I have.  My dealer actually gave me his Blue Genesis that he had the guys refurbish for me since he new I wanted a blue one.  He said he could care less about color and would just have another Genesis restored and take it back to his house.  Glad he hooked me up.

Platinum Performer Kettle (In Blue), OTG (In Blue)
Genesis Gasser (In Blue), Smokey Joe (Uline Lime)
Looking to buy (18.5 blue or brownie and blue lantern)

My 1985 Genesis 2.
Notice the way the wood is installed compared to later models...

Cast Iron grates are from a Silver C and the SS flavorizors are from RC Plane Buyer.

2004 Genesis gold

I bought this new when we moved into our house. I rehabbed it a couple of years ago. I got the burners for free as they were still under warranty. It cooks the same now as it did when new.

Some blackened fish on the side burner

I picked up a flat top from Golly with a view to cleaning it up and donating to a local school. But I had to make sure it works, right?

It actually turned out a very nice Hanger Steak that I sliced and served with some chimchuri.
If it breathes, we can cook it!

Yeah.  An angle grinder and a wire knot wheel.

Here's the only pic I have. It's from the day I bought it. I hate to say it, but I like the older ones better.
