TriTips on vacation
« on: September 27, 2014, 01:39:39 PM »
Went to my wife's family reunion and was happy to find two webber a at the houses we are staying at.
Fired them both up with offset coals.

Cooked the marinated Black Angus TriTips to 120degrees

And grilled up some Moroccan spiced lamb sausage

Sliced it all up with potatoes and salad.
It was a good meal!

Wish I could find some tri-tip here in Va Beach.  The only place I have seen it was Trader Joe's, and theirs are seemingly from dwarf cows.

I especially want to find some when I see pics of them cooked to perfection like yours.
