The hinged grate is not a proper fit for the JJ. It looks nice though!

Welcome to the red JJ club... me and 604 will teach you the secret handshake.  ;-)  Anyone else have one of these?  Mine came to me in the bed of a pickup truck at the grocery store (yes, I paid for it, and more than Argentflame!).

Yeah, I found that the "Normal" 18.5" cooking grate does NOT fit the JJ properly - had to get a SPECIAL grate from Weber.  Of course my JJ is just black  :'(
