Hey all - here's my bacon bomb! Mixed ground pork and Italian sausage,  sprinkled with Memphis Blues All purpose rub recipe and Prairie Smoke n' Spice "Sweet n' Tangy" Chicken and pork rub. Loaded it up with cheese, onions, bacon and then the mandatory bacon weave!

Brushing with Sweet Baby Rays every 20 min!























I'm SO hungry... almost there!

Thanks guys, here's the finished product.







We just finished stuffing our faces and it was super tasty... if you haven't tried a bacon bomb before I highly recommended it - Loads of flavour! Oh and raspberry rhubarb pie... omg. I need to go hibernate.

Certified, "Damn Good, Served Here".  That pie looks high quality - Did you make that as well?  Me myself, I leave all the baking to SWMBO.

WOW nice job on the Bacon Bomb and the yellow does look very good....

I'd kill to be able to make a pie like that!... unfortunately it would also prob kill ME! A friend of my wife owns a bakery and hooks us up!

Wait a min... are turtles made of bacon under those hard shells? If so the worlds turtle population is in BIG trouble ;) ;D
