Butterflied Waholote en El Pulpo Rojo

I threw a late Thanksgiving turkey on the Red Octopuss today. I forgot the plated pics, but the sides consisted of stuffing, garlic mashed potatos, gravy, corn, biscuits and salad.   











Like that 'Mesa'?  ;)
