Embutido a Filipino meat loaf. Weave with bacon this makes it a Filipino Fatty. The best part was the burnt ends from the fatty.





Chicken marinated in teriyaki sauce.


Even the neighbors cat approved. Been cooking with me all this time.

I like this fatty version.  Usually, at least when I've had it, the embutido is steamed sort of like how the Vietnamese make a pork roll.  Grilled + bacon = major improvement, in my opinion.   I bet if you served this to someone who traditionally steams it, they'd never go back.
