That's a brand new WSM with the thermometer probe gasket. (As opposed to a 'new old stock' NIB.) Very nice!

And those two reds look great too. :)

BTW, how did the shoulder come out? I put my 18 WSM to good use today with a brisket (and then cooked some bacon since the coals were still hot.)

The shoulder was less than impressive.  My fire stalled and I ended up taking it off earlier than I wanted to.  Everyone said it tasted excellent, but it didn't build enough bark or shred like it should have.  I guess there's always next weekend!

Nice score. It seams for me when it rains it pours webers! They come in groups of three.
