The boys were coming over, and they wanted to taste my meat.
They kept seeing pictures on FB and wanted to see if it tasted as good as it looked. But the call was made that I shouldn't prep any salad.
So beef ribs it is!:D
A simple rub, and the 6 odd KG of beef ribs was ready to roll.
With the snake and the water pan prepped from the night before (finished work at 01:00) I was up at 06:00 to fire up the Performer and get the show on the road.
I had also prepped some Turds using my new favourite Hungarian sausage, and planned on cooking a stack of Choritzos. These all went onto the SS a few hours later and I let them go indirect for about an hour and a half.
The Turds were up first, and were smashed in double time.
And then the ribs were ready.
Who needs salad to spoil this golden goodness!
