Philly Cheese Steak
« on: June 13, 2014, 02:48:11 PM »
I got a whole Rib roast

Sliced some of it paper thin

Cooked it on the griddle as it’s usually done in Philly

Made sure I had a Crackpot full of cheese Whiz :)

And assembled the sandwiches with grilled peppers, onions, and mushrooms and served them with Taters.

The peppers, onions and mushrooms are probably not too authentic, but I like them on my sandwich. I served them on the side so guests could pick and choose what they liked.

When I grow up Z, I want to add another 'z' to my name and cook like you!

I love cooking outside, but it appears I have some things to practice.

Nice.
Dude, relax your chicken.

Jees.....how many people do you feed on a daily basis?  All of your cooks look awesome, but I would already have enough leftovers to last my till Thanksgiving

You have some fabulous cooks. I feel ashamed at my outdoor cooks after looking through your posts.

Can't decide which looks better, pats, Gino's, or yours!
