What vintage is this brush?
« on: May 15, 2014, 06:34:38 PM »
I picked up this brush today at a local sale.  It's marked "Weber" on the steel scraper.  I didn't take a picture of the back-side, but it's never been used.

Does anybody know what age it would be?

I was thinking it was Weber part 6464, which is discontinued (as of this year, I believe), but 6464 has the Weber logo stamped on the wood, not on the scraper. Nice find!

It may be my eyes but there is something odd about the stamping.

Reminds me of the old ads or something.

Could be a variant of the 6464?

I saw those in stores last season so they are pretty recent. The brush itself is pretty generic (other brands sell the exact one) but it works decently well.
"Have you hugged your Weber today?"
