A few pictures of last Sunday's Beer Can Chickens
« on: June 06, 2014, 09:20:27 AM »
I posted this on another forum the other day, so if you've seen it there I'm sorry.
I pulled out all my grills to clean out the garage, and decided to fire up a few BCCs for dinners this week.

I also cooked a loaf of beer bread and some mixed vegetables on my Spirit.

It all came out perfect.
I pulled both chickens and that night we had sandwiches.
Then the next night I took what was left and made chicken soup with peanut butter beer bread.

We've made the soup before, but never with chicken cooked on the grill.  That'll be the last time we use any other chicken than grilled chicken.  It gave the soup just a hint of a smokey flavor that was over the top.

No, my brother had that made at the local tin shop for 30 bucks.  I use it when I do BCCs and when I need a double grill.
